As K.M Weiland recently expressed in a blog post, “If you write, you are a writer.”
Publication does not make someone a writer. It’s the act of writing that does. So for today’s challenge, I want to encourage all the pre-published writers out there (including a friend I’ll be reaching out to).
And I just want to say. . .
No matter how impossible the struggle seems, or how many books flow into the world, or how often we as writers feel our words get lost in the sea of words—keep writing. Don’t give up. Persist!
Your voice—your story—matters.
